Psychiatrist 's  Response
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand your concern about your partner's inability to experience orgasm for long duration.
This situation is however rare in males. The commonest reason is psychological factor.
The medical conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, or complications from spinal cord injury, genital surgery, radical prostate surgery, pelvic trauma, hormonal issues such as low testosterone and low thyroid, SSRI drugs used for depression can also cause it.
Lack of orgasmic release during sexual activity may become a chore or a duty rather than a mutually satisfying, intimate experience for your partner.
I suggest combined psychological and medical advice to resolving the problem.
Kindly consult psychiatrist with your partner.
Wish you good health.
