Suggest Remedy For Problem In Getting Orgasm

Im 33 yrs old male my wife and i have been trying to concieve for.5 yrs but i just cant seem to reach a orgasm during sex. I noticed this problem around the age of 20 yrs after getting hit in the groin by a baseball twice. I had surgery afterwards because i kept experiencing pain while urinating ive tried over and over to orgasm but just cant only during mastubation. Is this permanate or will i ever be able to concieve?

Basically it is not about reaching orgasm that matters for conceiving.
Get your semen analysis done. If it is normal, try with induced ovulation. If that fails, you can go for intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilisation (IVF) with embryo transfer.
