Suggest Remedy For Progressing Pain In Upper Part Of Arm On Exercising
The upper part of the arm where the deltoid ties into bewtween your bicep and tricep, I believe it s called the deltoid tuberosity. In certain benching type and overhead should pressing positions during weight training, I get a sharp almost debilitating pain, it doesn t hurt to touch it or in any other positions. Has steadily gotten worse. Any suggestions?
Thank you for your question You may have a sprained a ligament. giving your arm rest and application of an anti inflammatory ointment in addition to Ice compress may help I would suggest you be examined by your doctor if the above suggestion does not help you even after 5 days of treatment.
