General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

The history you have shared is significant enough which needs a proper medical check up with your GP, but at this moment, he can get relief with acetaminophen and cold sponges during fever spikes. But a detailed evaluation is necessary.

Also look for any associated history of cough, altered bowel habits or burning micturition. All baseline investigations like complete blood picture, ESR, cultures, liver function tests and urinalysis may be asked by your GP on the visit. Anything to determine the source of fever without these is difficult. Hoping him a speedy recovery.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask directly via my profile.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
