Suggest Remedy For Prolonged Headache With Numbness In Face And Hand

I have a bad headache on and off for a month with the pain in the left eye area. Last week the headache has gone but my upper left face and left head is numb. My left eye is blurred and double image now. I can t see clear or drive, feeling imbalance. Please help me

as per your hiustory your case is ophthalmoplegic pain which subsides on its on but at the time of attack take a simple analgesics like NSAIDS.
