General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is uncommon to get this pain on both sides and when it happens a neurologist should be seen.
If you have already seen a neurologist and he has already ruled out important conditions as the cause of your symptoms then you might benefit from seeing a physiotherapist which can give you exercises to relax the muscles and help improve your pain and movements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
