I rolled over, felt a pop in middle of back that woke me up. First there was small amount of pain then I began having I guess you would call it wrippling spasms radiating from that point around and tightening. pressing very lightly against door jam sort of helps. back and rib muscles continue tightening. pain and pressure radiates out from spine. not sharp unless move wrong.
You could be having slip disc. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot water bag to the painful regions. Get an Xray and MRI of your lumbosacral spine to look for the nerve compression. Take pain killer and muscle relaxant like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days.
