Suggest Remedy For Raw And Red Skin On Calves And Ankles

MY 6 YR. OLD GRANDSON PLAYED OUTSIDE MOST OF THE DAY IN THE MUD. HE WORE HIS RUBBER BOOTS BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW, HE WORE NO SOCKS. FROM HIS POOR ANKLES TO HIS CALVES ARE RAW AND RED. I GAVE HIM A WARM BATH, CLEANED HIM WELL, AND APPLIED TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO? I DID GIVE HIM SOME MOTRIN.

Dear Mam,as if now there is no requirement of any antibiotic cream application as it seems there is only signs of local irritation which can be cured by application of some good moisturising lotion after cleaning of leg and ankle,if irritation persists you can apply flutivate E cream on affected area.
