Suggest Remedy For Recurrent UTI In A Child

Hi,my baby boy is 6months old...since from birth he had uti.initially it was klebsella growth ,but it was cured with ofloxacin,latter on in the very next week there is a growth of ecolli,doc suggested walamycin(first week)and Nova Max(sec week cont..)but medicines doesent work ,now with ecoli, culture shows rbcs-2-3 and pus cells 5-10.what should I do..pls tell me sir

I really appreciate your concern, Urinary tract infection is very less likely in male, if the condition is not responding to drug then underlying cause of infection need to be known, second you have not mentioned any clinical symptoms because organism can be detected some time but this may not cause any disease and this may not required any medication, have a word with paediatrician, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
