I went through your details. I am sincerely sorry to say that depressive disorder is a neuro-chemical disorder which needs life time treatment. the intensity of the depressive episodes can be neutralized with the help of medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, awareness, positive thinking, mindfulness meditation etc. Depression Specific Cognitive Behavior therapy (DSCBT) could be used to manage the acute stages of disorder. Please consult a psychologist. I am afraid, medicines / drugs are needed in any case.
