Suggest Remedy For Recurrent Muscular Spasm In Ankles And Feet

Hi. My name is Jaime and I am a 38 yr old, female. Recently I have been experiencing quite a bit of charlie horses in my calves and feet day and night. Today my calves gave out on me while I was walking. I can t explain it, except that they were totally weak and I couldn t stand or walk without assistance from my husband. This is really scaring me. Please help!

There are different conditions that cause leg cramps like, pregnancy, exercise, liver disease, diabetes, dehydration.

You can use some tips to get rid of them.

+Do stretching.
+Drink lots of fluids and water and take minerals.
+keep diabetes under control if you are suffering from it.
