Hello,
You have been suffering from
HPV infection since a year and now the infection is spreading from vagina to anus. It seems HPV has started causing genital warts. Genital warts spread through sexual contact most of the times. Avoid sex. For relief, you can apply
Imiquimod (Aldara, Zyclara) cream in the area affected. Get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. Some patients do report that the warts go away by themselves within a year or two but HPV is a chronic contagious infection that often goes for a lifetime. For pain relief, you can take analgesics.
You can get the warts removed but they frequently recur. There are more than 40 strains of HPV that affect the genital area. HPV (types 6 and 11) cause genital warts. Some strains cause cancer(cervical, vulva, vagina, etc). Removal is done by
cryotherapy, electro-desiccation, surgical excision, LEEP, or
laser treatment. It cannot be cured but the symptoms can be treated with a course of
podofilox or other medications. You are suggested to get
Pap smear and other screening tests for cancer done, this is to stay on the safer side. Take a balanced home made nourishing diet to boost your immunity. You can take supplements for immunity.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
