Suggest Remedy For Recurring Baterial Vaginosis Post Intercourse
Hello I have a question I have a girlfriend who is constantly getting BV after having sex with me unprotected how do I stop this from reoccurring she has been treated once with gel and pils and is getting it again. Could I be the one who causes this and if so is there a way I can fix this without going to a doctor? Thanks

see bacterial vaginosis is generally a recurrent condition...it recurs even after treatment and sometimes more while having sexual contact frequently after medical treatment....
it is recommended to avoid sex for some time following medical treatment of BV and after that, barrier methods like condom should be used for some time...
and yes, start treatment for her asap...
as this is not considered an STD, treatment of partner is not essential...
