Suggest Remedy For Recurring Cramps Under Diaphragm

i often get a charlie horse type of cramp under my diaphragm more on teh rt than the lt. usually occurs with bending over or twisting. sometimes even with rolling over in bed. sometimes when i bend i also get these types of cramps in my mid belly area as well on the rt and lt sides too. I have had 2 laporoscopy that led to total hysterectomy for endometriosis. I have had 3 c sections. my last 2 pregnancies i carried twins. 1 set born in early 2006 the other in late 2007. I have also had my GB out in 2012. It was non functioning and causing me problems. This cramping has been going on for about 4 years or so bu progressively getting harder to put up with.

cramps are related to spinal nerve pressure and radiation. you should consult neurologist and have clinical examination done. if recomanded CTscan of thorasic spine may be done.
