iam 22 yrs old girl resides in cuttack (hostel ) iam very much upset with my stomach as my digestiv system is not good allways there is a problem in it if i eat little bit of spice food or out side food stomach ace or gastric or desentry problem occure since 2 days back pain in lower region stomach ace( gastic ) not proper stool suggest me some thing
- Use over the counter options like Imodium drug - Take probiotics - Drink liquids - Avoid spicy foods, fruits, alcohol, and caffeine until 48 hours after all symptoms have disappeared - Avoid chewing gum that contains Sorbitol - Avoid milk for 3 days after symptoms disappear - You can eat cheese or yogurt with probiotics
