Suggest Remedy For Recurring Fever

Hi, my fifteen month son is having fever from past 3 days and no other symptoms that to fever is coming at particular time around 3pm in the afternoon and after 12am at night.! Doctor has prescribed him meftagesic ds and monocef- o cv . I have not used monocef. I started giving meftagesic it is subsiding the fever but its coming when i stop. my question is why he was prescribed monocef?? And should i start using it??

Recurring fever is most probably due to some infection that is why doctor had prescribed monocef. You can give your son same antibiotic like monocef-O or Zifi-cv along with meftagesic-ds or nimol-plus for high grade fever. Do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of his body.
