General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Allergic reactions or intolerance to foods can show themselves in different ways.
Migraines can also occur in response to some foods.

You may want to start a food diary, writing down which foods/drinks seem to cause a problem.
You may also want to ask your doctor about allergy testing to see if you have any specific allergies to foods. If found then you can eliminate these foods from your diet.

I hope this helps
