Suggest Remedy For Recurring Heart Palpitations?

Hi, I have had heart palpitations for many, many years. I am 59, for the last couple of months the palpitations are happening on a daily basis are more intense and come on multiple times a day for a duration of 15 minutes up to almost an hour. I have tried to eliminate any source of caffeine but it seems not to make a difference. I have a family history of heart problems with my uncles and my cousins on my father side having had fatal heart attacks in their late fifties early sixties or having a pace maker installed. I had a nuclear stress test and ultra sound done about 10 years ago not seeming to show anything serious. What is your opinion. Thanks
