Hello,
You are suffering from recurring light headedness. This sensation persists for 3-5 seconds when you hold your head forwards. You are suggested to get clinically examined and evaluated by an ENT, your symptoms are indicative of
vertigo. Get required tests and investigations done. Get
audiometry test, head and eye movement test, rotary chair testing,
posturography, these test reports will help to study the hearing and balance tests.
In the meantime, avoid doing any heavy work and do not drive any vehicle, stay at rest. It is commonly treated with a course of
Betahistine (16mg) and anti- anxiety medicines. Therapies like balance therapy,
psychotherapy and head position maneuvers are helpful.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
