Suggest Remedy For Recurring Rectal Abscess

I have had a rectal absess 3 times now in 3 years. It has been around 4 months since the last one was drained. I have ongoing concerns about this. There does`nt seem to be any swelling but sometimes it hurts when I go the bathroom and it feels like there is built up scar tissue in this area. Is this normal after having this surgery 3 times or are these signs I am having more issues I should get taken care of?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ano-rectal fistula producing this problem.
There are few pus collection sinuses opening in anal canal and during surgery any of these sinuses remained unopened or not drained properly there is risk of having recurrence.
Consult your treating doctor and discuss about this.
Ok and take care.
