Suggest Remedy For Recurring Seizures And Muscle Spasms With History Of Head Injury
My name is Ariel. For the past couple weeks I ve been having mini seizures/muscle spasms. I can t control the movements. I ve been having a really hard time sleeping and eating although I am exhausted and starving. I ve been getting massive, excruciating headaches which distort my vision and often lead to nosebleed or the muscle spasms. I had a really bad head injury when I was around 14 and since then I ve been diagnosed with a lot of mental disabilities like schizophrenia, rad, bipolar disorder, etc. I ve also been having these headaches since then but it s been getting worse and has led to this
Since there is recent worsening of headache along with nose bleeds, kindly discuss with your doctor for a basic evaluation including BP recording. Without other associated symptoms like loss of consciousness, frothing from mouth, clenching of teeth, chance of generalised seizure is out, although this may suggest focal seizure if localised to one side of body. Your doctor will guide in evaluation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
