Suggest Remedy For Recurring Severe UTI With Lower Back Pain

I went to the ER Thursday night with a horrific uti.The doc said that night that my white count was sky high. I have had 7 doses of 500mg cipro. and the pain with peeing is 98% gone but I still have a lot of pressure in the bladder and on my right flank to the point hat even taking a perc (have for back pain) will not allow me to lay on my right side. It feels like I could tell you exactly where my bladder and the tube running up to my right kidney and the kidney. it feels like a lot of pressure and sometimes twinges of discomfort/pain. I have been having 2-4 uti s per year for the last few years. So I don t want to over react but I do not want to pass it off as nothing if it is something to be concerned about. Should I go back to the ER in your opinion.
