Suggest Remedy For Recurring Tightness In Chest Post CVA On Cerebellum

I am a 39 yr old female and I had CVA on my cerebellum. I have not had any real deficiencies thankfully but over the last 6 months I experience chest pain and racing heart feeling randomly and mostly at night. The did a TEE and found I have a PFO. I was put on a halter monitor for a week and my entire stay in the hospital but nothing showed up cardiac in nature. I am home now and experiencing once again chest tightness. I don t know what to do. How should I talk to my doctor to make sure he listens to my concerns and how I am feeling.
