Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I am 33 years old, 5 7 and I am in fairly good health I have been struggling with upper back pain for a couple of years it comes and goes with rest or depends on my activity level or use of this area and the pain will occasionally flair up and it makes sleep and movement difficult until the inflammation goes away. I have recently found a lump just around the dimple area, just above the buttocks on my lower right side, it is oblong in shape about an inch, it moves a little up and down, I just got through an upper back flair up that was bothering my lower back a bit, so was gently messaging this area when I found the lump. I have a high stress job and I am freaking out, what could this be?
