Suggest Remedy For Red Itchy Spots On Skin

I have tiny red spots under my skin after i scratch. They usually never came up so easily i thought it was just blood from my caplillaries but its becoming more common now. Also i have itchy red spots which swell up and are slightly larger and irregularly shaped. Should i be worried?
