As per your query, you have symptoms of red itchy swelling on face after applying bleach which seems to be due to chemical injury leading to chemical burning of skin.
I would suggest you to start applying cold compresses on skin and wash face with milk many times. Take Benadryl drug to prevent allergic reaction. Also, take diet rich in vitamin E and drink plenty of water.
Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
