General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The bumps seem to be related to the injury during the fall. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. The bumps will relieve gradually.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
