Suggest Remedy For Reddish Scar On The Nose Bridge

I accidently Hit my Face in a Glass Mirror and I got a very deep cut on the nose. Thank god my eyes are safe. So the cut was so deep that most of my nose for left hanging. It was Through and Through Cut. So I got it Stitched in Emergency and it wasnt done so well. almost after a year I got my Rhiniplasty done to correct my nose. I d say its corrected about 75%. Still not straight. But on the surface bridge of my nose i still have this Scar which Reddish in Appearence. Is there any way to lighten this by any procedure? Like Laser or something? Or Scar Revision?
