Hi.. Can understand your concern.. As per your complain redness and itching at the site of nose piercing can occur normally when due to inflammation caused de to injury to the soft tissues by the nose piercing object.. As you have applied savlon to the already irritated area and left it there without rinsing or cleaning it there has been increased irritation and flaring inflammation in that area leading to redness,itching and burning in that area.. You should apply ice packs over the area for relief.. Apply steroid based ointments like cortizone cream to reduce inflammation and irritation.. In case of pain anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can be taken.. Do not try to remove or change the nose ring/pin till the area heals to avoid further irritation..
