i m Igoniderigha Daniel from Nigeria, Bayelsa state. my daughter igoniderigha Daniella she was diagnosed of chronic otitis media with effusion. she cannot talk or hear,in order words she is deaf and dumb but from the report of the test ,the ENT doctor said there is slight hearing in the left ear. How can you help me for she to regain her hearing and the cost for everything. Thank you sir

Chronic otitis media with effusion with hearing loss is treated sugically by incising ear drum and draining the fluid.A drainage tube is usually put which is extruded within some months.If she is having nasal block also then adenoidectomy also should be performed.
