General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lower back pain commonly occurs due to muscle strain, sciatica, arthritis, herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, etc.

You are suggested to visit orthopedics, get physically examined, get evaluated, get investigations done(Blood tests, CT, MRI, X-RAY). In the meantime, you can take analgesics, Opioids or NSAIDS for relief from pain under a treating doctor.

Physiotherapy & stretch exercises should be done under a physiotherapist. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
