Hello and welcome to HCM,
Headache associated with vomiting can occur due to elevated intra-cranial pressure.
A CT scan of head is required to look for mass lesion in the brain which could lead to elevated intra-cranial pressure.
Common causes of raised intra-cranial pressure are- infections, mass lesion in brain, hemorrhage, degenerative conditions like multiple sclerosis etc.
Infection is usually associated with fever and neck rigidity.
Is there any history of fever and neck rigidity?
CSF examination may also be required.
I suggest you to consult a neurologist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
