Suggest Remedy For Round Bump On Arm

I have a small bump on my arm and noticed it maybe a week or two ago. At first it looked like a pimple but now it is worrying me. It is hard but on the surface. It is around the size of a bb and is raised it is red atm but only because i was messing with it. It is perfectly round and on my bicep. Thank you for your help, i am kind of a hypochondriac.
