Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of scalp issues. Well it very important to find out the trigger for this like infections , sunburn , stress , cold weather, smoking, hair follicle infection, impetigo, heavy alcohol consumption and certain medications. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist again for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe anthralin, antimicrobials , calcipotriene , a strong derivative of vitamin D betamethasone and vitamin A . There are other treatment options a doctor can suggest like ultraviolet light treatment. You should massage scalp with olive oil regularly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
