Suggest Remedy For Severe Anxiety And Heart Palpitations In A Teenager

My daughter is 14 years old, average weight and height, physically healthy. Suffering from severe panic attacks, anxiety, shaky hands, heart palpitations. Eating disorder where she doesn't want to gain weight so she won't eat a meal, she will only snack. Very cold extremities, insomnia. Slightly low blood pressure. Not currently on any medication or vitamins. Do these symptoms indicate anything obvious?
