Hi

Avoiding trigger foods like caffeine and nicotine should be done.Mind relaxation techniques and regular 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day is required to reduce the symptoms.

Cognitive and behavioral therapy will be required if the symptoms are frequent/affecting your daily work and lifestyle/affecting your relationships. You can seek the help of a psychologist or a psychiatrist for managing your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
