pain from lack of blood flow has particular characteristics... feels like severe fatigue.. either it occurs with use OR there is very bad blood flow indeed ! and there is tissue damage (gangrene). Or.... other causes of arm pain.... certainly neck problems like a pinched nerve in the neck can cause pain when the nerve that is pinched has pain along its pathway (neck, shoulder, arm, hand). This common condition is either painful All the time, or with moving the neck. Uncommonly, there can be pain from the angioplasty. It s location mostly is in the chest but can be in the left arm (like angina). cannot say in your particular case without a direct examination.
