Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain While Sneezing

Hi my 13 year old son is in alot of pain. He has back pain right in the middle. Says its his spine. He did not injure himself in anyway. It started slowly yesterday morning then when he got changed for PE it ache. Its now worse today even sneezing is painful. Panadol has not helped or deepheat

Hi,

Of your son does not have any other symptom like cough, fever, pain all over body. He is otherwise healthy such pain he had while sneezing seems to be a muscle pull. Hot or cold pack / mild massage with muscle relaxant like Relaxyl ointment / over the counter pill for pain like Ibugesic 100mg twice a day after food should help him out in 4-5 days. In case of no relief or the symptoms increase take him to your family physician for actual physical check up and specific treatment.
