Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain

Hi. I have severe pain throughout the back. x ray and MRI shows normal results. But pain is still persisting. I am on Calcium, vit-D3 and multivitamins. The pain is more in the thoracic region. Now a days i am getting pinching pain in the left hip. Plz suggest.
