Suggest Remedy For Severe Cough And Sharp Pain Below The Ribs
I ve been sick with a bad cough over the past week. To the point that I throw up. I have lupus do Its hard for me to fight off colds. I have been treated by the doc for bronchitis. Now when I cough I have this sharp pain just below my ribs on my left side. Could you tell me what it could be please.

It is possible that you have pleuritis/pleurisy. This is inflammation of the pleura.
The pleura is the lining around the lungs. Viral infections are one of the causes of this infection.
The use of anti inflammatory pain may help if you can use these eg naproxen, cataflam, ibuprofen
