Suggest Remedy For Severe Ear Ache Post Ear Injury

My 2 year old got a hold of my q tips and put them in her ears and ran and jumped on the couch and hit the side of her head and starting screaming for 5 mins.. No blood that I can see but she feel asleep cause it was her naptme but do I need to take her in to the ER

It would be a good idea to have a local doctor check her tympanic membrane. Because if this should be the case you will have to take precautions that no water will get into her ears. It’s a simple and painless test. A doctor will look deep into the ear with a small instrument. Takes just a few seconds.
