Suggest Remedy For Severe Earaches
horrible sudden earache..don t know what to do both ears, haven t had one in a ton of years no other symptoms. i have a VERY high pain threshold and I want to cry or go to a dr. or something but I know earaches can just cause lots of pain. we have low pressure and lots of rain i don t know if that can be part of it or not

I really appreciate your concern, such otalgia could be due to viral infection and some time may be allergic condition in my opinion oral antihistamine and anti-inflammatory would be better and drug of choice would be "Tab Chlorpheniramine maleate" three times in day and Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, analgesic ear drop with local anesthetic agent can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
