Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The extreme gas is related to the dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. There is not too much to do in this regard. I would recommend avoiding spicy food and food like beans or milk, which are known to cause increased gas. I would recommend taking Domperidone to help with the gut motility and Simmeticone for the gas.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
