Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache With Fever

I am experiencing a fever along with a pretty severe headache, I have taken 3, 200 milligram ibuprofen about 20 minutes ago and I am still having problems. I am currently laying in front of a fan on high with a wet rag around my neck. The headache seems to be focused behind my eyes. I can feel my heartbeat in my head and it kind of feels like my head is swelling, what do I do?

Dear friend your symptom of excruciating headache that is behind the eye not relieved by ibuprofen needs medical emergency as there may increase in blood pressure. if you are unable to go emergency clinic kindly take sumatriptan 50mg and diclo 50mg along with RabicerDSR tablets. it reduces pain spontaneously. But i advice you to get BP checked by today. Hope thisbis useful.
