Hello,
You are suffering from
severe headache on the left side of your head. You also have sharp pain in your chest right between your breasts. You also have body ache from time to time. Sometimes your left arm feels numb. You have a bulge under your breasts. Lump below your breast may be indicative of extra fat cells if obese. If overweight, you are suggested to do regular exercise and walking and also switch to healthy
diet plan. Avoid fried food, oily food, trans fat, full fat dairy products, refined flour, sugar,
carbohydrate, etc.
Prefer to take boiled food over fried food. It can be due to other medical conditions like lipoma,
fibroadenoma, cyst, etc. Get clinically examined by an
OBGYN. Get all required tests and investigations done. Get treated. Pain in the chest may be indicative of
acid reflux, avoid oily, fatty food. Never skip meals. You can take
pantoprazole, Pan-40, one stat when needed for relief. Other medical condition that can cause similar symptoms is developing coronary artery disease, CAD.
Get all routine cardiac tests and investigations done as you are also having numbing of the left arm. You will be accordingly treated. You are suffering from migraine, avoid tensions, anxiety and stress (emotional and physical). Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, avoid bright light. Stay away from strong smell, fumes, paint smell, do not eat anything that triggers acid reflux. Take food that is well cooked and easily digestible. Take adequate rest. Take enough fluid so that your body electrolyte system is well equipped with the required minerals.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
