What Causes Severe Headache And Back Pain?
I have been having severe headaches for last couple weeks that are around the back of the head starting around the base of the neck. I have never experienced anything like it. I have changed pillows, mattress been to the chiropractor. The area encompasses the whole back side. Aleve and Advil only helps slightly. Any ideas?

Hi,
It might be due to Sinus headache or tension headache. I advice you to:
* Take Analgesics like Naproxen & Triptans
* Neck massage
* Relaxation & Stretching exercises
* Have Caffeine drinks
* Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
* A course of antibiotics for 5 days if headache accompanied by flu symptoms
