Suggest Remedy For Severe Leg Cramp

Hello,I am a 38 year old female in otherwise good health. I awoke this morning with what felt like a severe leg cramp. The pain only lasted about a minute, but when I went to get up, I was incredibly nauseated and dizzy. This lasted for about 10 minutes, and is unlike anything I've ever experienced before.
