Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Back Pain After A Fall

Hi. I fell on my left side really hard on my garage floor. Now, my lower back is in a lot of pain... I am a breastfeeding mother, so I have only been taking 2 advil to try and help. I tried ice for 15 minutes and then heat, and it did not help. I hurt! I had a microdisectomy 5 years ago at ago 29 due to a herniated disk. Should I be worried that this fall effected my prior surgery? What can I do to reduce the pain? It is centered on my left side, but radiates down my butt cheek when I stand.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take Tablet Aceclofenac + Serratiopeptidase for relief from lower back pain. Use Diclofenac gel for local application. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon to get X-RAY of lower back spine to rule out any deformity connected with your previous surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. PRAMOD KOKARE
