Suggest Remedy For Severe Neck Pain

About three days ago all started with a mild sore throat and cold like systems (i.e. headache, low grade/no fever, very light nasal congestion, muscle aches, sore throat etc.). Yesterday I begain having a fairly severe neck pain which could be pin pointed to my spine between my shoulders, right above my the top of my shoulders, along with Chills and a very strong skin sensitivity across my entire back and side/mid-section. The headache, pain, sensitivity, chills and fatigue persist, three days after onset and are very painful. I also get an occasional, very sharp, very strong pain in various other areas of my body (arms, legs, hands, etc.) that will only last for a very short time and apparently just disappear.
