General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Most nosebleeds in children are due to dry air, nose picking, nasal allergies, or other factors that irritate the delicate blood vessels.
You should discourage nose-blowing, picking, or rubbing, and any rough play.
I suggest to use a humidifier at home to prevent dry air.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
